A&M 22 Group is a family run specialist construction business with over 20 years experience in the industry. We pride ourselves in having a passionate approach to our work. Thanks to the outstanding projects we have completed for a variety of clients in Central London, both commercial and domestic, we have built a reputation for excellence.
We have a highly motivated team, and an extremely high level of staff retention, which has resulted in excellent team work and communication at every stage of our involvement. We work closely with some of London’s leading design teams and architects, ensuring that we are on site from the very beginning right through to the completion of your project.

You will experience director level involvement at every stage of your project, with re-assuring and consistent contact throughout the duration of the works. We are actively involved in the day to day overseeing of each and every project we undertake. Having our own in-house joinery workshop gives us the versatility to provide you with a bespoke service, that is second to none, offering you windows, doors, kitchen and bathroom joinery, to your specific design and to an extremely high standard of workmanship.
We have a valued team of contractors that we work closely with, enabling us to offer every service required for any project, including, plumbers, electricians, tillers, decorators, under pinning specialists and roofers.
Our long standing relationships with these specialists ensure that your project is not only completed to a very high standard, but more importantly, to a managed time schedule. As well as working upon simple property renovations and extensions, we also undertake new builds from simple through to complex designs. We have worked upon Victorian and Georgian listed properties, with careful and sympathetic restoration. Working closely with respected and progressive architects and designers, we have built strong relationships. The majority of our work is via recommendation, and experience a large percentage of repeat business.
